The terms for using auritron.com and the Auritron client portal.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Lowman Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Auritron. They apply when you use auritron.com or the Auritron client portal. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about Auritron and to request a call. Please don’t copy or scrape it, try to get around its security, overload it, or send requests that are automated or false.
Examples on this site
The interactive business system on this site uses sample data. It shows the kind of work we do. It is not a promise of specific results for your business.
Booking a call
Requesting a call doesn’t commit you or us to any work. A time you pick stays requested until someone on our team confirms it, and we may suggest another time or decline.
Other sites and products
Links to other sites are for convenience; we don’t control them. TaskSaber is an Auritron product with its own terms.
Client portal access
The client portal is for current Auritron clients. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, use one account per person, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Confidentiality
Project content in the portal, including demos, previews, updates and files, is confidential. Please don’t share it outside your company without our written permission.
Your data
Business data that you or your systems provide stays yours. We use it only to deliver and support your work, as described in our privacy policy and your agreement with us.
Ownership of work
Who owns project deliverables is set by your written agreement with us. Anything that agreement doesn’t cover, including our own tools, code libraries and methods, remains ours.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site and portal available at all times, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may briefly affect them, and features may change as we improve them.
Suspension
We may suspend or end portal access if an account is misused, confidentiality is broken, or these terms are not followed.
Disclaimer
Except as stated in a signed agreement with us, the site and portal are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Auritron is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or portal. Liability for client work is set by your agreement with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date below. Continuing to use the site or portal after that means you accept the updated terms.
